The world is shaped by people willing to build.

Builders create businesses that generate opportunity. They launch organizations that solve problems. They grow ministries that transform lives. Builders invest in communities, develop leaders, create jobs, build wealth, and leave legacies that extend far beyond themselves.

Yet building can also be demanding, isolating, and deeply personal.

The pressure to grow revenue, lead teams, navigate uncertainty, steward resources, and create meaningful impact often leaves little room for reflection, renewal, and intentional growth.

Meet Me at The Well was created for builders, entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, civic and philanthropic leaders, investors and change makers. The Well is the place for people committed to building something that matters long after they’re actively building it.

Build Revenue. Build Relationships. Build Legacy.

At The Well, we believe success and significance belong together. We reject the false choice between profitability and purpose. The strongest organizations create value for customers while creating value for communities. The most effective leaders pursue growth while remaining grounded in their values. The greatest builders understand that wealth is not merely accumulated—it is stewarded.

Through curated leadership circles, peer learning communities, facilitated conversations, retreats, and strategic relationships, members gain the support, insights, and accountability necessary to grow both their impact and their influence.

What We Explore

Our conversations extend beyond traditional business development and leadership training.

Together, we explore:

  • Revenue growth and business development

  • Leadership and organizational effectiveness

  • Entrepreneurship and innovation

  • Wealth creation and stewardship

  • Strategic partnerships and influence

  • Faith, purpose, and calling

  • Community impact and social responsibility

  • Team development and culture

  • Personal wellbeing and resilience

  • Succession, legacy, and long-term impact

Because sustainable success requires more than strategy alone. It requires wisdom. It requires relationships. It requires alignment.

The Well Difference

  • Most professional networks focus on transactions.

  • Most leadership programs focus on information.

  • Most masterminds focus on growth.

The Well focuses on transformation.

We create environments where builders can think more strategically, lead more effectively, build more sustainably, and connect more authentically with others who understand both the opportunities and responsibilities that come with leadership.

Members gain access to a trusted community of peers, practical insights and tools, meaningful relationships, and experiences designed to help them thrive personally, professionally, financially, and spiritually.

Why The Well?

Throughout history, wells have been gathering places. Places where people exchanged ideas, built relationships, shared wisdom, found refreshment, and prepared for what came next.

Meet Me at The Well carries that same spirit.

A place where builders come together to learn, grow, collaborate, and renew themselves for the work ahead. A place where success is measured not only by what we achieve, but by what we contribute. A place where revenue, relationships, and impact are viewed as interconnected—not competing priorities.

Who It’s For

The Well is designed for people who are building.

  • Building businesses.

  • Building organizations.

  • Building ministries.

  • Building wealth.

  • Building teams.

  • Building communities.

  • Building legacy.

If you are committed to growing your influence, increasing your impact, strengthening your leadership, and creating something that matters, there is a place for you at The Well.

Come to the Well. Leave equipped to build what comes next.

All of us came away profoundly impacted - changed - and so much better informed about the foundations, structure and impact of racism. We have committed to engaging our teams, our families and others in conversation about our learning, encouraging them to take the journey, with a goal of changing structures and behaviors to eliminate racism and build new foundations for those most impacted.”

    – Tour participant
